Yesterday, I met with two partners at Welcome Holdings, Dicky Walia, and Tom Rahill, who are prominent developers with an entrepreneutial spirit, looking to possibly purchase land in the Town Center or Transit Area Development area.

They are interested in residential development with a mix of retail, and are very interested in walkable communities and are very excited about a Town Center Plan.

Next step is to meet with staff and I am excited as this is the second developer in two weeks, whom I have met interested in developing in Morrisville.
