On Thursday, I attended, a TIE Carolinas meeting, and was inspired to hear from Madhu Beriwal and Cyndy Wyn, on how they launched and started successful businesses and female entrepreneurs.    Madhu, is the founder of IEM, a disaster receovery business, which she brought from Lousiana to Durham, in 2007.     Cyndy is the founder of Sweet Tea Hair Salons, a growing hair and salon company.

I just get so inspired to hear these stories on how entrepreneurs, have the passion, and drive to make a difference in the world by bringing their ideas to life.

In addition, I am also looking forward to the TYE, or The Young Entrepreneurs Program, launch in August.    I am working to get students from our local high schools to participate in this global competition.
