I was honored to run the Anurag Foundation 5K Run/Walk this morning at Green Hope Elementary.    It is moments like this, which really make me proud, when our community pulls together to help those in need and when we make an impact on the world.

Anurag Foundation is a non profit, dedicated to serving mentally challenged children of poor families in India.     This was personal for me, since one of by best friends, died last year of drug overdose and even though he was not from a poor family, he had mental illness which led to depression and drugs.   I thought of David when I ran and David, I won the race!   Reminds me of the runs we had, growing up in Charleston, WV, training for tennis tournaments.
