RALEIGH, N.C. – Steve Rao, (http://steverao.com/), an at-large member of the Morrisville, N.C., Town Council, has announced that he will appear as a guest speaker on job creation strategies for Shaw University’s WSHA 88.9 FM show UpFront! on Saturday, April 13 at 9 a.m. UpFront! is a weekly radio program hosted by community representative Janet Howard, the executive director of Harriet B. Rao will discuss the importance of job creation strategies in the Triangle, where innovation and entrepreneurship are extremely prevalent.

“I am excited to speak to the listeners of WSHA about an issue I feel is extremely important to our community – job creation,” said Rao. “In my position as councilman, I want to propel innovation in Morrisville and the surrounding communities by helping to generate job growth, which will in turn help with our area’s economic development.”
