I attended a wonderful ribbon cutting for the Barbee Road/Fiona Circle Project.   This project, near Shiloh community, will enhance the quality of life for our citizens by enhancing more walkable communities.    We look forward to this wonderful add on and thanks to Blake Mills and the staff for a job well done.
