Congratulations to Arvind Mahajan, CEO, of AKM Realty Investments, who plans to develop a $10 million Goddard School Campus in Morrisville at the Intersection of Davis Drive and Parkside Valley Drive. The expanded development will include a swim school, a children’ hair salon, an orthodontist office, a restaurant, and a real estate venture.

Mahajan intends to create a family friendly atmosphere, with outdoor seating, and sidewalks from the School to the Plaza, and the school will be available for Summer Camps, birthday parties, and other gatherings.

Construction started in September and is expected to be completed in July. Despite a number of Covid related challenges, this entrepreneur was resilient and persevered!
